TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing my services, you agree with the following terms:

→ I WILL DRAW:
• Furry, anthro and feral.
• Humans and humanoid creatures.
• Basic armor and robotic parts.→ I WON'T DRAW:
• Extremely detailed armor and mechas.
• Extremely detailed backgrounds.
• Excessive fetish art

→ PAYMENT• Payment currency is USD. Done through PayPal invoice.
• Only after it's 100% paid it'll be added to my queue
• Refunds are preferred before I start the drawing or on early sketch phase! Be aware of that before commissioning me.→ EXTRA• Commissioned art is for personal use only; commercial use is not allowed unless it’s previously agreed upon.
• You certify that you own or have permission to use the character(s) you’re asking commission of.
• You certify that I can post the commission and use it for self-advertisement, both on my social media and Patreon (along with HD, PSD and timelapse)
⇨ Let me know beforehand about possible anonymity for posted pieces (your username will be posted as "anon")
• Let me know if you need the commissioned art for a specific deadline. Or else, I’ll work on it on my regular schedule.
• I have the right to refuse any commission request
• You may post the commissioned art as long as the credit is given to me and it’s not intended for commercial use.

→ ADDITIONAL CHARGES• Additional 100% base price for any extra character.
• Complex backgrounds will be charged depending on the piece, ranging from scenery props to full painted scenes.
• Complex designs (e.g. extra limbs, horns, markings) or character without clear reference (lack of clear flat colored image) will be charged extra→ PROCESS• Estimated time of completion: 1 to 3 months. I always aim to take less than a month to get the piece finished (always be sure to check my queue).
• Be as CLEAR and OBJECTIVE as possible when describing what you want, feel free to have references for pose, clothes or anything you want.
• Once you receive the sketch, you’re allowed to ask for changes.
• Major changes are only allowed in the sketch phase (Pose, expression, etc).
• Too many changes are up to extra charges.
• Base color changes can be done anytime. Only minimal details can be changed after the sketch phase

RELATED TO ADOPT DESIGNS

→ PRE-BID• PRE-BIDDED adopt designs are not entitled to edits unless it was autobought and discussed beforehand.
• If I did not offer big edits, you MAY NOT request them, such as: color palette, poses, body modification,etc.
• If no AutoBuy was set, you may DM an offer for AutoBuy and discuss payment plans.→ ADOPT PURCHASE• You may request minor changes/edits in the character design you bought. DISCUSS BEFOREHAND!
• You MAY NOT edit the original drawing yourself. Please, message me to do it for you or ask permission to edit.
• Do not claim the design as made by you.
• When reselling, you can only sell for the same price you originally bought for, UNLESS you got more art of the character.→ PAYMENT PLANS• Payment plans are accepted depending on the specified price set, but you’ll need to pay a deposit, to ensure you’re getting the character design.
• The deposit is NOT refundable. (Being for giving up on the design or not being able to pay the rest, you won’t get a refund)
• The max amount of installments on payment plans is variable on each adopt.
